The Competition starts at 1 pm and ends around 9 pm.

Hotel and parking:
The hotel for the competition, Scandic Simonkenttä, is only 300 m from the Venue.
The most convenient car park is situated under the railway station. Adress P-Eliel, Asema-aukio 1. About 300m to the Venue.
Garderobe next to the entrance, price 3 €.
Registration:
The registration will open at 11 am next to the entrance, where you will get your number. Note that for ProAm male teachers dancing with many ladies, only one number for the whole day, just to make it easier. In case the male teacher dances both Ballroom and Latin, he will recieve double numbers.
Show rehearsal
During 17.00-18.00 the doors to the floor will be closed due to rehearsals for show dancers.
Lunch & Cafe & Shop:
A light lunch is available for the competitors and audience at the Venue at 11 am–3 pm. Pasta, salad, bread and spread. Price 11,50 €.
The café at the venue serves salty pies, sandwiches and drinks during the whole day, fully licenced. If you feel like having a bigger meal, there are several restaurants close to the venue.

The host and hostess of the competition are Sofia Kohtala and Jyrki keisala. They will help you in any matter. Please don’t hesitate to approach either one when needed!
The dressing rooms are on the second floor. One for men, one for women. The unisex dressing room (for quick changes) is on the first floor next to the dance floor and is marked separately. There is also a small unisex space next to the floor for quick changes. Try to keep your belongings in your bags to prevent lost items. Don’t leave valuables unguarded, leave them in the guarded garderobe at the entrance.
Hair- and make up is on the second floor in the ladies dressing room.
There’s a first aid station at the venue.
Competition:
Walk to the competition floor through the entrance of the Ballroom.
All seats are numbered. Not all of the seats will be occupied all day, so feel free to have a seat at a free chair as long as you give it up when the seat owner returns.
At the prize ceremony all finalists will be called. In ProAm categories all competitors will be called. In Single Dance you will find your result on your diploma. Please check the schedule for your prize ceremony.
Remember to return your numbers to the registration, a fine of 30 € for unreturned numbers.
